NECPWA Tyneside Branch Season ticket holders: Driver + 1 Passenger enter Tyneside Branch events 'free' when holding a Season Ticket. (Additional Passengers may be required to pay an additional fee (to the venue itself) on entry to some venues, e.g. Beamish.)
Season Tickets for 2019events cost £2.00 for the 1st car and £1.00 for each additional car for All NECPWA Members. and are NOT TRANSFERABLE. A season Ticket is required for each car you wish to take to a rally i.e. 2 cars require 2 Season Tickets.
Non NECPWA attendees: A Season Ticket at a cost of £5.00 per year, per car car with a driver and 1 passenger is required for the 2019 Rally Season.
Please Note:Additional Passengers over 1 driver and 1 passenger per car may be required to pay an additional fee on entry to some venues e.g. Beamish.
All Vehicles must have been registered BEFORE 1st SEPTEMBER 2000 and have Classic Car Insurance and be driven by a qualified driver for that class of vehicle.
Engines MUST be turned OFF upon arrival. You are required to be in position for the time stated for each event and stay until 4.00 p.pm unless due to inclement weather the event closes early.
Anyone wishing to leave early must advise so upon arrival and arrange for a Marshal to walk them off the event field. Modern vehicles are not allowed on the event field unless specifically allowed by the Marshals. whose instructions must be adhered to.
The Organisers reserve the right to withdraw passes for violation of instructions, dangerous driving or unsuitable / unsafe vehicles,
No Abusive actions towards Marshals or Event organisers Staff will be tolerated, Whatever the Circumstances
